May 9 Headed out of Breezy Marina in the morning and fished around 78 and Parkers.  Family was in to visit over the weekend and one member never caught a striper in his life.  He got the fist pull down to land his fist rock fish, how lucky can you get when we measured that in at 41" and netted him a stop at the store to check it in as his first citation.  The last fish was landed by my son (the mate) who amazes me with his luck and also checked his fish at the store measuring 43".  Great day and lots of laughs by all.

Catch of the Day - Black Drum, 43in 50lbs, 32 girt

Darrell & Debbe Gaddy’s “truly” first catch.  Remember, it came from the “Snatch & Snag” technique of mine that Darrell truly hates…   Well, I guess he won’t complain about that anymore, because I snatched this beauty in the fin.  I tried to pull what we thought was ‘skate’ for 10 minutes even got on my knees.  Then I turned it over to my real fisherman, of 25 years, who fought for about 30 minutes more….and brought it in boat.
A
bove is a few that my assist you with your writings.   Any questions, just give a reply.  I will send pictures of both Crainey and Darrell for postings of another type story….they caught a 101 lb Blue Fin Tune on a Charter trip on Sunday.

Darn it’s been a GREAT WEEKEND!!!
